Shipping Methods

Most RTS items will ship via USPS Ground (2-9 business days). Please allow sufficient time for your order to arrive, once you have received notification that your order has shipped. If you have placed a custom order, please also allow for creation time, as posted in the item description, and then shipping time on top of that.

As they are usually needed in a hurry, Crutch Bubbles Crutch Covers will ship via USPS Priority mail. Please allow 1-3 business days to arrive, once you have received notification that your order has shipped.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

RTS (ready to ship) items may be returned in NEW and UNUSED condition only if the following conditions apply.

* Item is not the correct item

* Item arrived damaged and not usable

If your item falls under one of these categories, please send an email with photo of your item in the condition it arrived, including packaging, and we can discuss options.

Custom orders are non-returnable, but I do work with you making sure that I understand what you want, and I send photos before shipping, and also during production for more detailed orders. I want to make sure you get what you want, and that you love it!
